We spent the morning connecting with each other, sipping mimosas, laughing in the photo booth and putting our dreams down on paper. Feral Yogi lead us in an inspiring flow focused on body awareness and appreciation that brought tears to my eyes. Latesha Lipscomb of I Got Face and POSH Innovative Event Management lifted our hearts with her empowering words of self love and forgiveness.
