Create a list of people you admire. Consider whether the appearance was important to their success?

Create a list of all the things your body lets you do. Remember it's an instrument not an ornament.

Think about all the things you could accomplish with the time and energy you spend worrying about your body and appearance.

Exercise for the three F's: Fun/Fitness/Friendship

List 10 positive things about yourself without mentioning your physical appearance

Change your perspective. Fight your inner perfectionist. Focus on what your body can do rather than what it cannot. No matter how much I work out, my body will never be perfect. I will never have a 6 pack but I do have legs that can take me on a beautiful trail run.

Do not compare your body to other women. View photos of women with similar size shape and size.

Stop joining in when your friends compare and trash their own bodies.

Stop living your life in the future stop waiting to reach your goal to enjoy your body.

Say goodbye to social media (for a bit).

Dress the body you have now.

Respect and humor other bodies, too.
